The following RSA Animate video shows Sir Ken Robinson's lecture on rethinking the educational system. As anyone who has gone through public education knows, the system is broken and doesn't work for the vast majority of students out there. Robinson presents very well the reasons why is has occurred and how it needs to be fixed. Very interesting.
